Australian finger limes are a native citrus with a sour, zesty lime flavour. Perfect for adding a salty kick to a Margarita, Salty Dog or Virgin Margarita.

To use: pour some bush fruit salt onto a small plate. Moisten the glass rim with a citrus wedge. Dip the glass rim into the salt (or roll the edge for a one-sided rim). Fill your glass with your favourite cocktail or mocktail and enjoy. Will rim approximately 55 drinks.
