Zeally Bay Sourdough is a wholefood bakery based in Torquay, Victoria specialising in premium, handcrafted certified organic sourdough breads.
Our breads are crafted slowly using a unique blend of organic flours, filtered water, the 30 year old family leaven and natural sea salt.
Our sourdoughs are made the traditional way and do not contain any added malts, gluten, commercial yeast or mould inhibitors.
Established in 2007, Zeally Bay Sourdough is the first artisan sourdough bakery in Victoria to offer a full range of certified organic breads.
