It is surprisingly easy to make cleaning the environment part of your exercise regime. On your run, on your bike ride, while you skateboard or when you are taking a break; pick up three pieces of rubbish and put them in the bin.Alternatively, make it a fitness routine: if you see a piece of rubbish, get down and do 5 push-ups, then pick up the litter and toss it in the bin. If you slip up and miss a piece, do 10 for the next bit you see.
