RedBeard Bakery is a maker of certified organic breads, shaped by hand and baked in a traditional Scotch, woodfired oven built in 1891 -- one of Trentham’s rare and remarkable remnant in baking history.
At RedBeard Bakery, we only use authentic sourdoughs leavened with a natural, wild culture of yeasts and healthy bacteria. Our breads do not contain bakers’ yeast, preservatives or any other additives.
We invite you to come and visit our location, where you can learn and experience traditional sourdough making and baking, or indulge in great food and excellent coffee in our cafe.
