The kitchen garden produces up to 90% of the vegetable and fruit used in our seasonally inspired menu. Our grounds at Margan Restaurant are also home to our free range chickens, free range lambs and bee hives. All menu items at Margan Restaurant are mostly grown on site, and other items are prepared on site, including the butter and bread.
