Our Jarrah honey brings the unique flavours of native West Australian Jarrah trees, from the blossoms, to our bees, to your pantry. A darker, rich yellow honey, the Jarrah tree is endemic to the south west of WA and is abundant with magnificent creamy flowers when in bloom. Jarrah honey is also known for its antimicrobial properties and has been compared to Manuka honey for its healing properties.

Shelf Life
See 'Best Before' on individual product label. Product may thicken on settling, but can be thinned by placing the jar into hot water for a minute or so.
