Bunya Red Farm has a cultivated land area where we plant our capers. We grow and supply hand-picked capers. Capers are the unopened flower bud of the Capparis Spinosa plant. It is a low growing, well spread-out bush.
We sell both capers and caperberries. Our capers are hand-picked and packed with Olsson's sea salt. We use Lirah vinegar for our caperberries. We also stock for chef and restaurant sizes.
The Bunya red farm is located in South Burnett region.
