Welcome to Aussie Bread Tags for Wheelchairs
Your Collector is a local person! That means you simply need to email or call, according to the contact details given for this location and the collector will arrange for collection or drop off of your tags.

When you collect your bread tags and either send them to us directly or give them to your local collector, we sell the tags to bread tag recyclers. We then use the money raised to buy wheelchairs for those who can't afford to buy their own. (And together, we also keep plastic out of landfill!)

In Australia, we sell tags to Transmutation - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle in Robe, SA, where our tags are recycled into products such as door knobs and bowls. Tags from some states are sent to South Africa where a plastics company called Zibo recycles them into seedling trays.

These humble bits of polystyrene can make a real difference so get your friends, family, school, workplace and church involved. Ask school tuck shops and boarding school kitchens, child care centres, aged care facilities, hospitals, cafes and fast food outlets to collect for you - they get through a lot of bread!
